Returns Process

The returns procedure is as follows:

1. You have 14 days to request to return a product for a refund, replacement or gift card. You can do so by filling out the below form.

2. If your order is eligible I will email you confirmation and further instructions.

3. Any refund or gift card given will be minus the cost of tracked return shipping unless you stipulated you will purchase a shipping label in the form.

4. You selected reimbursement will be sent by email within 14 days of either a) receipt of proof that you have shipped the item(s) or b) receival of the item(s)
